This invitation is part of a Soft Market Testing Exercise (the “SMTE”) on behalf of the London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames (the “Council”) and relates to the potential packaging and tendering of an upcoming contract for Ice Cream and Catering Services. The aim of this exercise is for the Councils to gain a better understanding of how the supply market operates in relation to the provision of Ice Cream Catering Services and to inform the structure of the ongoing service provision. The exercise will help to inform the scope and processes for securing service delivery in an evolving marketplace. Atamis E-sourcing – all tenders are to be carried out electronically as stipulated by the Procurement Act 2023. The Council uses Atamis as an electronic tendering portal and all interested suppliers are advised to register for an account in order to participate in any upcoming market engagement exercise let by the Council.
