Options: The Council reserves the right to increase or decrease the volume of goods and services in line with operational requirements. Furthermore, where additional or ancillary items are necessary to support project delivery, these may be incorporated into the contract, provided that such additions do not constitute a material change to the scope of the agreement.

Renewal: The agreement may be extended incrementally for a period of up to 1 year plus 1 year subject to satisfactory contract review and budget availability.
