Together Housing Association (including all THG companies) Insurance cover for all classes of insurance
Notice Description
Together Housing Association (including all THG companies) are seeking to secure insurance cover by appointing a single provider for each of ten separate insurance category Lots, to include classes of insurance such as Property damage, Property owners liability, Public Liability, Employers Liability, Contractors Risks, Computer, Professional Indemnity, Crime, Director and Officers and Entity, Medical Malpractice, Travel, Drone, Commercial Fleet, Terrorism, Cyber. The contract/s will commence on the 1st of April 2027 for three initial years until the 31st of March 2030, with the option to extend by up to two additional years either as a full two year extension option or in annual increments to a maximum period of five years ending on the 31st of March 2032. This is the first of three stages in the procurement , this being the Participation Stage. The other stages are the Invitation to Tender and the Best and Final Offer stage.

Lot One is for insurance and related services associated with Property, legal liability and other general (non-life) insurable risks as required by Together Housing Group and subsidiary organisations
Renewal: Option to extend by up to 2 additional years
Motor FleetLot Two is for insurance and related services associated with the Motor Fleet as required by Together Housing Group and subsidiary organisations
Renewal: Option to extend by up to 2 additional years
CyberLot Three is for insurance and related services associated with the Cyber Risk as required by Together Housing Group and subsidiary organisations
Renewal: Option to extend by up to 2 additional years
Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Pool-Re)Lot Four is for insurance and related services associated with Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Pool-Re) as required by Together Housing Group and subsidiary organisations
Renewal: Option to extend by up to 2 additional years
Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Non Pool-Re)Lot Five is for insurance and related services associated with Terrorism and/or Political Violence (Non Pool-Re) as required by Together Housing Group and subsidiary organisations

Interested suppliers should email thgprocurementeoi@togetherhousing.co.uk in order to receive a copy of our market engagement questionnaire Our intention is to invite one or more respondents to the questionnaire in via Teams for further discussion to help our tender approach. We will schedule any follow up face to face Microsoft Teams Meetings once we have received and assessed questionnaire responses to be held from the 23rd June onwards to suit diaries at both ends. Completed questionnaires should be returned by email to thgprocurementeoi@togetherhousing.co.uk no later than 22nd June 2026
