UK2 Notice - South Atlantic Islands FM
Notice Description
The Defence Infrastructure Organisation (DIO), part of the UK Ministry of Defence (MOD), intends to procure the provision of Facilities Management and support services to British forces South Atlantic Islands (BFSAI) at MOD sites in the South Atlantic Islands (Falkland and Accension). This includes provision of Hard FM and Soft FM. The Authority therefore seeks a supplier capable of delivering these services on the MoD estate.
Planning Information
As part of our Early Market Engagement activities, we are inviting suppliers to complete a short survey. The purpose of this survey is to capture expressions of interest and understand which elements of Facilities Management services suppliers are interested to deliver in the Falkland Islands and Ascension Island. Your feedback will help inform our approach and ensure we consider market insight when shaping the future procurement strategy. We encourage all relevant suppliers with experience in delivering Facilities Management services in remote or complex environments to participate. Please complete the survey by the stated deadline to ensure your input is captured. https://forms.cloud.microsoft/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=7WB3vlNZS0iuldChbfoJ5R6aPMXRxJNBmbQMIcE9IdNUMzZFRVNYUjlZSTY0MzRDMDJCOUZQSTU1MS4u The information you provide in this survey will be used solely for the purposes of early market engagement in relation to Facilities Management services in the Falkland Islands and Ascension Island. This includes understanding market capability, capacity, and supplier interest to help inform our future procurement strategy. Completion of the form is voluntary and will not be used to limit competition in any way. We will be holding an initial supplier engagement Teams meeting in early September, where we will share further information and provide an opportunity for discussion.
