GA Trains Limited (GATL) requires ongoing support and maintenance of their ticket vending machines (TVMs) at stations across its operating network. TVM's have been supplied and installed by Scheidt and Bachmann over time. The services to be provided under the agreement generally include but is not limited to: - Planned and reactive maintenance; - Life cycle management; - Oyster services; - ITSO services; - Managed application hosting; - P2PE solution; and - Software services. The contract permits amendment to quantities of the services should TVM's either be decommissioned or purchased during the term of the contract, including any renewal term.
