Summary of the contracting process

The Regional Business Services Organisation’s Procurement and Logistics Service bought orthopaedic implants and consumables for hip and knee replacement surgery for Northern Ireland’s health and social care trusts. Lot 1 Hips Hip Implant ( Standard )

Options: The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid. The Buyer reserves the right to increase the product range depending on service user requirements. The Estimated Total Contract value will be advertised at PS54,000,000. This includes the full extension period options and provision for a modification of up to 50% of the original contract value during the contract term to accommodate any increase in demand or changes in service requirements. Any such increase will be applied at the rates and terms set out in the original framework and will not alter the overall nature of the framework

Renewal: 2 Years with the option to extend for any period(s) up to and including 24 months

Lot 2 Knee Implants (Standard)
