Notice Description
Service Term Contract for the servicing, inspection and testing of mechanical and electrical plant installations within DCC's Estate. The services required are divided into the following Lots: Lot 1 - Fire alarm and Emergency Lighting inspection and testing Lot 2 - Electrical installation Testing and EV Charger servicing
Lot Information
Fire alarm and Emergency Lighting inspection and testing only
Provision of inspection, testing, and certification services for fire alarm systems and emergency lighting inspection, testing and installations to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract by up to four years in 24 months increments with the agreement of the Contractor.
Electrical installation Testing and EV Charger servicing onlyProvision of electrical installation testing and electric vehicle charger servicing to ensure safety, performance, and compliance with applicable standards.
