Landfill operations were ceased on the area approximately 17 years ago and the area was capped with an impermeable membrane and around 800mm of topsoil.Cardiff Council are therefore looking to procure a suitable contractor to undertake the operation and maintenance activities of the Lamby Way Solar Farm for a period of 48 months.",
