Notice Description
his specification defines the requirements for carrying out five-yearly Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across all commissioner owned or operated properties, including but not limited to offices, operational sites, outbuildings, garages, and shared-use facilities. The inspection shall ensure compliance with: BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations), current edition, Electricity at Work Regulations 1989, Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, Any applicable local authority or statutory requirements
