HPFT - Social Care in the Community
Notice Description
Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT) is currently developing a new 'Support in the Community Framework' for the provision of community-based support and homecare services for adults with mental health needs. This will be a competitive procurement process, delivered in line with the Procurement Act 2023, and will introduce a structured framework with defined service levels, geographical lots and agreed rates to support a sustainable, high-quality provider market across Hertfordshire. HPFT anticipate the duration of the framework to be for 8 years and will be re-opened every 2 years. Planning Information
HPFT are holding a series of Pre-Procurement Market Engagement sessions, to provide an overview of the proposed model ahead of tender publication, including the framework structure, indicative award approach and working timeline. These sessions will also give providers the opportunity to ask questions and understand how the model is intended to operate in practice. Our first session aims to give a general update on the current state of the project, with future sessions planned to delve deeper into the tender process and to support providers to be ready. Invites for future sessions will be sent to providers shortly. The initial session is being held on 30th June.
