Sprinkler accreditation from an approved body such as LPCB, Firas or IFC Certification is also required, alongside Smoke Control Association membership with IF Certification accreditation under the SDI 19 scheme. Select, NICEIC or ECA membership is required. Suppliers must support 24-hour, 365-day reactive response, demonstrate sufficient operational capacity, and deliver measured performance against contractual KPIs. CVG wishes to employ a suitable contractor to provide an annual maintenance and servicing regime and 24 hour a day 365 days a year reactive repairs and maintenance service to existing fire safety assets within properties located throughout North Lanarkshire, South Lanarkshire, East Dunbartonshire and Glasgow to comply with cyclical appliance asset management. This procurement will be on a 60% Quality and 40% Price. The Contract duration is three years (thirty-six months) from the commencement date of 1 October 2026 until 30 September 2029, and will primarily include maintenance, servicing and repairs, ensuring all properties are compliant with current and future regulations

Renewal: Subject to satisfactory performance of the Contractor, it is intended that the Contract will be further extended annually in twelve month increments up to a maximum of two, twelve-month extensions and an overall maximum contract period of five years.
