1.0 Purpose 1.1. To carry out external repairs and full redecoration to all Council-owned dwellings and communal blocks, ensuring asset protection, extended component life and improved resident satisfaction. 1.2. Property Types * Houses * Bungalows * Low/medium-rise flat blocks * Communal internal areas * Outbuildings, garages and associated structures 1.3. Key Qualis Property Solutions Responsibilities * Pre-works survey including checking services, access, and condition. * Tenant liaison: letter drop 14 days before works, appointment management, vulnerable tenant support. * Resident liaison/communication. * Identify asbestos or suspect materials. 1.4.
