The proposed framework is for the supply & delivery of Highways Materials and Tools. The framework includes: Cements Drainage and Ducting Materials Manholes, Gully Covers and Frames Road Marking Materials Timber Products Temporary Cone Signs Traffic Cones and Barriers Danger Lamps Footway Boards & Tools and Equipment - which includes, but is not limited to Sand Bags, Crowbars, Chisels, Knives and Blades, Brushes, Buckets, Watering Cans, Wire Cutters, Crimping Tools, First Aid Kits, Hammers, Jointing Irons, Allen Keys, Spirit Levels, Nets, Paintbrushes, Picks Axes, Rakes, Screwdrivers, Sheeting, Spanners, Wire Strippers, Trowels, Containers & Wheelbarrows.
Planning Information
Responses to this Preliminary Market Engagement are required by 1pm (13:00hrs) on Tuesday 4th August 2026. Please note, this Expression of Interest is not an invitation to tender. The Council is issuing this notice to identify suppliers that may be able to provide the services required, and gauge the level of interest for this opportunity. Please read the following details and response requirements below. Organisations are required to access and respond to the Preliminary Market Engagement. This can be accessed via the Council's current tendering portal , address below; https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER Please search for Quote/tender 100112142 or KMCHS-461 To provide a response to this Preliminary Market Engagement, an organisation must sign up to the YORtender portal (this can be done free of charge) and access the above Preliminary Market Engagement record. Responses must be submitted via the YORtender portal. Please note, the Council will be changing to a new tendering portal during Summer 2026 (from Mercell to Atamis) and that the new Tender for this opportunity will be advertised on the new Atamis YORtender portal in due course.
