The Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to its provision of the Household waste sites and Waste Transfer Station. The scope of the engagement is the management and maintenance of nine Household Recycling Centres and three Waste Transfer Stations. The dates below are indicative only and are provided for market engagement purposes. The Council reserves the right to amend its approach, timing and structure following consideration of feedback and internal approvals.

Planning Information

Cambridgeshire County Council is undertaking preliminary market engagement in relation to the provision of the Household Recycling Centres and the Waste Transfer Stations. Suppliers wishing to participate in the engagement must express an interest via the Pro Contract Portal https://procontract.due-north.com/Procurer/Advert/View?advertId=a00f3f6a-f56e-f111-813c-005056b64545&fromAdvertEvent=True and download the Preliminary Market document and any supporting information from the portal. The PME sets out the scope of the engagement, the information the Council is seeking from the market, and the questions suppliers are asked to respond to, Suppliers should submit their completed responses through Pro Contract by the engagement deadline. Any clarifications questions relating to the engagement should also be raised through Pro Contract. Engagement meetings will be available during weeks beginning 17th and 24th August, Suppliers may express an interest in attending such a meeting when completing the questionnaire by messaging through Pro Contract.
