Planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical building services, including ventilation, air-conditioning, fire safety systems, electrical installations, pumps, emergency lighting and associated equipment within ng homes assets. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

Renewal: The contract contains an option to extend the contract for a further period of two years subject to performance.
