Summary of the contracting process

Beacon Cymru Group Limited is procuring lift replacement works for four sites in Wales: Ty Bethania, Llys Nazareth, Constantine Court and Llys Yr Onnen. The work covers the design, manufacture, supply, installation and commissioning of vertical transportation systems. At each location, the existing lift equipment is to be removed and replaced with one machine-room-less (MRL) traction passenger lift within the existing lift shaft.
