Summary of the contracting process

Places for People Group Ltd is seeking contractors for a national Repairs and Capital Framework supporting its housing stock and accommodation operated by PfP Students. The main requirement covers responsive repairs, void property works, planned maintenance and ad hoc capital component replacement, supplementing the Group’s direct labour organisation. The Framework is intended to provide national contractual support to Places for People Group Ltd (PfP) Operations Directorate, supplementing its Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) in the delivery of responsive repairs and capital component replacement works across the Group's housing stock, as well as individual specialist lots for roofing projects, drainage and scaffolding/access services. The scope of the Framework also extends to additional repair and capital delivery requirements from other areas of the Group, including PfP Students (accommodation).
