Summary of the contracting process

Kent County Council, trading as Procurement Services, is establishing a framework for the hire or purchase and delivery of bespoke modular buildings and storage solutions for public sector customers. The scope covers five areas: education facilities such as SEND spaces, classrooms, laboratories and sports facilities; healthcare facilities including clinical, consultation and treatment rooms; commercial and administrative buildings including offices, welfare spaces, IT rooms, kitchens and boardrooms; student and workforce accommodation; and secure storage, self-storage units, garages and interior storage buildings. The framework is intended for eligible public sector organisations across the United Kingdom, British Overseas Territories and Crown Dependencies, including councils, NHS bodies, schools, universities, emergency services, housing associations and charities.
