Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) is preparing a service contract for its residential housing portfolio in Wythenshawe, Manchester. Market engagement is scheduled to run until 30 July 2026. The contract is planned as one lot. No contract value, procurement procedure or evaluation criteria have been set out at this stage.
