Scalable onboarding is important because further schools may join the Trust. Bidders must provide up to three relevant contract examples, with education-sector experience accepted, and show sufficient capacity and resourcing for support and payroll delivery. Financial due diligence, credit and financial appraisal apply. Required or obtainable insurance includes employer’s and public liability cover of £5 million each, plus £1 million each for professional indemnity, product liability, and cyber and data protection.
