Summary of the contracting process

East Surrey College sought temporary, interim, emergency and specialist staffing services for East Surrey College, John Ruskin College and Reigate School of Art. Relevant specialist capability could include lecturers, tutors, assessors, instructors, SEND practitioners, learning support assistants, finance and HR-related staff, estates and facilities personnel, IT and cyber specialists, or interim managers and consultants. The evaluation also required evidence of financial resilience, governance, transparent pricing, service mobilisation, availability and value for money. Each lot was identified as suitable for SMEs and voluntary, community or social enterprises.
