Summary of the contracting process

The Financial Reporting Council Limited is procuring recruitment agency services for its UK-wide operations. The requirement covers permanent recruitment, fixed-term contract recruitment and occasional interim recruitment. The framework is scheduled to run from 19 October 2026 to 18 October 2028, with an option to extend to 18 October 2030. Its estimated value is £700,000 excluding VAT, or £840,000 including VAT, across all five lots. Up to five suppliers may be appointed to each lot, with the FRC reserving the right to appoint a supplier to all five. Evaluation is based on candidate management, recruitment experience, employer proposition, recruitment processes, fees, account management and value-added initiatives.

Notice Description

The Financial Reporting Council (FRC) regulates auditors, accountants and actuaries and sets the UK's Corporate Governance and Stewardship Codes. As the Competent Authority for audit in the UK, we set auditing and ethical standards and monitor and enforce audit quality. The FRC seeks to appoint recruitment agencies to provide: * Permanent recruitment services; * Fixed term contract recruitment services; * Occasional interim recruitment services. There are five Lot's under the (proposed) Framework Agreement. The FRC intends to award up to five suppliers per Lot. The framework will run for a maximum of four years. The estimated value is PS700,000 (plus VAT) over the four year duration across ALL the five Lots. Please refer to the Invitation to Tender (ITT) document.
