Notice Description
The contracting authority intends to award a contract for the provision of hotel rooms to support the delivery of temporary accommodation services for individuals and households requiring emergency housing support. Lot 1: PS910,164 including VAT Lot 2: PS922,488 including VAT
Procurement Information
The contract is required to ensure the Councils can continue to meet its statutory homelessness and housing duties through the provision of temporary accommodation. Previous market engagement failed to generate sufficient supplier interest or a viable competitive solution. A direct award is therefore necessary to secure immediate accommodation capacity and maintain continuity of service.
