Summary of the contracting process

GLF Schools is procuring a managed detection and response solution, supported by extended detection and response capabilities, to protect and monitor its digital estate. The requirement covers continuous threat monitoring, investigation, detection and response, including security software and associated managed services. The work will support GLF Schools’ operations across sites in London and the South East of England, with the buying organisation based in Banstead. This is a cyber security opportunity for suppliers able to combine security software, security operations expertise and responsive incident handling. The service is intended for a multi-site education environment, so suppliers should be able to operate consistently across a distributed digital estate and support the organisation’s ongoing cyber security needs.

The procurement has reached tender: GLF Schools invited suppliers to submit tenders through an open competitive flexible procedure.
