This Framework will enable the Council to deliver safe and compliant solutions consistently across a diverse range of property types, including houses, low-rise and high-rise flats, sheltered accommodation, communal blocks, civic buildings, operational depots, and community facilities. It also supports the Council's broader commitments around energy efficiency, resident safety, and compliance with Welsh Housing Quality Standards (WHQS), building regulations, and damp and mould action plans.
