Notice Description

The National Energy System Operator ("NESO") is running a mini-competition under the NESO Legal Framework Agreement to appoint a Lead Legal Services Provider to support Project Echo. There is a range of legal expertise required for Project Echo including property law, planning law, commercial law, contract law, procurement law, and construction law which all fall into Lot 2 of the Legal Services Framework Agreement. The anticipated Charges under this call-off shall be no more than two million two hundred thousand pounds sterling (PS2,200,000 exclusive of VAT), equivalent to two million six hundred and forty thousand pounds sterling (PS2,640,000 inclusive of VAT).
