The Suppliers will be notified of the work programme and will be asked to provide a price to complete all the specified work. The work programme will be awarded to the Supplier based on price and ability to meet any specific requirements of the job. A mini competition may also be used for work under PS10,000 that does not fit the standard requirement of the framework, or where additional resources or equipment will be required to complete the work programme. Lot 4 All Orders are awarded following the awards following mini competition process defined in Framework Agreement Clause 4.3."
