The contract values provided in this notice are estimated and for indicative purposes only. Values cover original term only of 3 years and optional extension periods have not been included in the estimate. The preliminary market engagement process consists of the following activities: - Webinar The purpose of the webinar is to provide further clarification on the proposed approach, answer supplier questions, facilitate discussion, and support suppliers in developing informed responses to the questionnaire. - Questionnaire The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather market feedback on the proposed service model, identify risks and opportunities, and inform the refinement of requirements, lot structure, and commercial approach.
