The report should clearly communicate strategy, performance and governance, while meeting all statutory and regulatory requirements. ST wishes to evolve its reporting approach, with an increased focus on digital-first delivery, innovation and the use of AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency, insight and stakeholder engagement. Scope of Services The appointed agency must provide a full-service annual reporting solution.
