Dorchester Town Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the sensitive conservation-led refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town Pump located on Cornhill, Dorchester. Options: The contract includes an option for the Council to instruct additional or varied works (including variations in scope and value) as may be necessary to complete the conservation and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Town Pump, or to address unforeseen heritage or structural issues identified during the works. The exercise of any such option will be at the Council's sole discretion.
