Summary of the contracting process

The Royal Borough of Greenwich is in the planning stage of procuring a Managed Network Services contract. The Council, a sub-central government public authority, is seeking a Managed Service Provider to deliver a fully managed network service across its network estate. Companies with experience in secure, resilient, and scalable network services will find this contract well-suited for leveraging their capabilities. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are encouraged to participate, as the contract suitability includes provisions for them. Engaging in the pre-market consultation could allow companies to influence the procurement requirements and align service offerings with the borough's needs, fostering business growth through a strategic partnership aimed at improving day-to-day operations and supporting continuous innovation and effective service management.
