Cleaning Services for Paradigm Trust
Notice Description
The Trust is seeking to appoint contract cleaners to provide cleaning services across the Trust. The tender will be presented in two lots with Lot 1 in schools based around Ipswich and Lot 2 in schools based around Tower Hamlets in London. Bidders will be invited to submit offers for each Lot and the Trust may award both Lots to one supplier.
Lot Information
Ipswich Schools
4 schools in the Ipswich area,made up of 1 secondary school, 2 primary schools and 1 SEND school. A new primary school is being built in the area and will join this lot in due course.
Options: If other schools join the Trust, their cleaning services may be added to these contracts when any previous agreement ends.
Renewal: 2 x 12 month extension periods will be available if agreed in writing and signed by all parties
Tower Hamlet Schools3 Large Primary Schools in Tower Hamlets
Options: If other schools join the Trust, their cleaning services may be added to these contracts when any previous agreement ends.
