Summary of the contracting process

Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an intelligent automation and robotic process automation (RPA) delivery partner. The work covers establishing a sustainable RPA capability across Council services and delivering a programme of production automations, rather than simply supplying development resource. The appointed partner will help create the operating model, governance and standards needed for continued delivery, while transferring knowledge, providing training, developing reusable assets and enabling Council staff to operate the capability. The services are systems and technical consultancy. Delivery is across England, including the North West, North East, Yorkshire and the Humber, the Midlands, the East of England, London, the South East, the South West and Wales.

Technical quality and capability building together account for 45% of the evaluation, while relevant experience accounts for a further 15%.
