This popular play area contains a number of items of equipment that have reached the end of their operational life and no longer provide a modern play experience. The Council has secured PS149,000 of capital funding to improve the facility, creating an inclusive and accessible play area that offers a range of active, engaging, and age-appropriate play opportunities. The works will include the removal and/or refurbishment of existing play equipment and surfacing, together with the installation of new natural timber-based play equipment that reflects and complements the surrounding environment.
