The service must meet the Home Office Scientific Development Branch and police vehicle-marking requirements, including HOSDB 14/04, HOSDB 47/06, HOSDB 43/04, HOSDB 01/96, PSDB 43/04 and Chapter 8 Vehicle Markings as a minimum. Businesses should also be able to demonstrate operational capacity across multiple English police forces and address quality and social-value requirements.
