We are consolidating the 3 modules and fixing the price for the 3-year contract. Contract/TCV: 1. TCV: PS160,886 (excl. VAT) 2. 3-year duration for ProVal, Sequel and LandVal 3. No licence fees to be charged for any additional licence requests Also, the contract terms; 1. No enforced migration to new/replacement products 2. No end of life on the current products during the contract term (3 years) 3. Price is fixed for the 3-year duration 4. If payment received upfront, then no price adjustments/changes due to inflation
