Summary of the contracting process

NHS Greater Manchester Integrated Care Board intends to procure a Shared Care Record system, known as the Greater Manchester Care Record. This is a software and information-systems requirement supporting the sharing of health and social care information across Greater Manchester. The existing system serves approximately 3.2 million patients, more than 600 health and social care organisations and over 25,000 registered users across the area’s 10 boroughs.
