Conwy County Borough Council is procuring building works to remodel Porth Eirias in Colwyn Bay. Experience of managing integrated building-services and public-facing facilities work would be relevant. The contract uses NEC4 ECSC documentation, including a price list, forms of tender and agreement, and COBie data requirements, so suppliers should be comfortable working with these documents and information-management expectations.
