The London Borough of Havering intends to procure supported accommodation services for adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. The requirement is for a flexible provider to offer support at a supported housing provision for residents with these needs. This is a health and social work services contract, covering service delivery rather than construction or the provision of accommodation alone. Smaller organisations are expressly considered suitable, as are VCSEs, so potential suppliers may wish to assess partnership or subcontracting arrangements if they need additional specialist capacity.
