The Borough Council of King's Lynn and West Norfolk (the Council) is inviting tenders for: *Lot 1: Routine inspection and maintenance of its pumping stations and sewage treatment works. The contract is also to provide a breakdown repair service in the event of equipment failure. *Lot 2: The replacement of open protocol telemetry units across a number of the stations The tender is divided into two Lots. Each Lot will result in a separate contract. Bidders may tender for either one or both of these Lots, and each Lot will be evaluated separately. Routine inspection and maintenance of pumping stations and sewage treatment works
Routine inspection and maintenance of sewage pumping stations and sewage treatment works (16 in total), in accordance with the manufacturers' guidelines.
Renewal: Extensions of up to a total of two years.
The replacement of open protocol telemetry units across a number of the stationsInstallation of open protocol telemetry units to 16 sites to provide an early warning system information of faults from all the pumping stations and sewage treatment works, with a roaming SIM card. These units must be able to be transferred over to a new contractor at the end of the contract.
