Summary of the contracting process

NHS Highland commissioned specialist advice, facilitation and development support to establish Community Led Support as the system-change approach underpinning the Highland Care Model. The work covers adult social care across Highland, embedding preventative, strengths-based, community-focused and self-directed practice. It includes developing Community Spaces and local collaboration networks, engaging statutory services, communities, third-sector organisations and people with lived experience to improve access to advice, information and early support.
