Direct award of a 24 Hour Emergency Homecare Response Service under Nottinghamshire County Council's Home First Services Framework Agreement DN572837 (PCR2015).
Lot Information
Lot 1
Provision of a 24 hour Emergency Homecare Response Service for vulnerable adults. This is for occasional, unforeseen one-off emergency care and support visits. The Provider is required to respond within timeframes defined by the Commissioners. Referrals may be made by a telecare call monitoring centre or other approved agent as agreed by the Council as well as the Council's Emergency Duty Team and people using Nottinghamshire County Council's telecare services requiring emergency homecare support.
Options: The initial term of the Call-Off Contract is 2 years. The Council may opt to extend the Call-Off Contract by up to 2 years in increments of 12 months.
