Old Etonian Housing Association Limited is seeking a single housing management agent to fully outsource its housing management and maintenance services. The successful provider will carry out the functions required under tenancy agreements, including housing management, responsive repairs, compliance, planned and cyclical maintenance, and void works. It must also provide financial services to the association, including financial controls, reporting and arrears management.
