Summary of the contracting process

Lancashire Combined County Authority procured adult education and training services for Click: Skills for Life, a community-based digital inclusion programme for people aged 19 and over with low or no digital confidence. Each award is for the period 7 September 2026 to 31 July 2027, with an option to extend by two years, to 31 July 2029, subject to supplier performance and service demand.
