Demolition of existing side and rear stone walls as indicated on drawings. Construction of new boundary walls in concrete block as shown on plans and details. Bidder to Note: There is a Price Cap of PS40,000. This means that any bid received over the Price Cap of PS40.000 will be immediately disqualified. Form of Contract: JCT 2016 Minor Works Building Contract.
