Full Design Services

Provision of multidisciplinary design consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and public health design, together with coordination of specialist disciplines and overall design management. The Lot is intended to provide an integrated design service from a single consultancy or multidisciplinary team across projects of varying scale and complexity

Authorising Engineers

Provision of Authorising Engineer consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include independent technical advice, compliance assurance, audits and assessments, review of engineering systems and procedures, appointment and assessment of Authorised Persons, and specialist guidance to support the safe operation and management of healthcare engineering systems.

Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration Services

Provision of quantity surveying and contract administration consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include cost planning, estimating, procurement and tender support, contract administration, valuations, change control, cost reporting, final accounts and commercial advice throughout the design, construction and completion stages of projects.

Principal Designer Services

Provision of Principal Designer services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme, including management and coordination of health and safety considerations during the design phase. Services may include supporting compliance with relevant CDM and Building Regulations requirements, coordinating designers, identifying and managing design-related risks, and providing appropriate advice and assurance throughout the design and construction process

Architectural Services

Provision of architectural design and consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include feasibility studies, concept and detailed design, planning support, design development, technical specifications and coordination with other design disciplines across healthcare refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects.

Civil and Structural Engineering Services

Provision of civil and structural engineering consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include structural assessments, surveys, feasibility studies, structural and civil design, drainage and infrastructure design, technical specifications and coordination with other design disciplines across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects.

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services

Provision of mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include surveys, feasibility studies, system assessments, design and specification of building services, energy and sustainability solutions, infrastructure upgrades and coordination with other design disciplines across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build projects.

Fire Engineering Services

Provision of fire engineering consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include fire safety design and strategy, technical assessments, fire engineering advice, review of design proposals, support with regulatory compliance and coordination with other design disciplines across refurbishment, redevelopment and new-build healthcare projects.

Project Management

Provision of project management consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include project planning, programme and risk management, stakeholder coordination, governance and reporting, procurement support, cost and programme monitoring, and management of projects from inception through design, construction, commissioning and completion.

Building Surveying Services

Provision of building surveying consultancy services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include building condition surveys, defect diagnosis, feasibility studies, refurbishment advice, preparation of specifications and schedules of work, compliance assessments and technical advice relating to the maintenance, improvement and development of the Trust's estate

Clerk of Works Services

Provision of Clerk of Works services to support the Trust's capital and estates programme. Services may include site inspections, monitoring workmanship and materials, checking compliance with drawings and specifications, identifying defects and quality issues, maintaining inspection records, reporting on construction progress and supporting the Trust in achieving required quality standards throughout project delivery.
