Yorkshire Water Services Limited is procuring floating pontoon hire services through a two-lot framework. Each lot runs from 1 February 2027 to 31 January 2032, with possible extension to 31 January 2035. Evaluation is 60% commercial assessment and 40% quality and capability assessment.
