Network Rail Infrastructure Limited is procuring on-foot lineside tree survey services for routes in the Eastern Region. The work will identify and help mitigate risks from dead, diseased and dying trees alongside railway lines. It is divided into two geographical areas: East Coast and East Midlands, and North and East. Award is scheduled by 5 April 2027 at 23:59. Up to five PSQ candidates per lot will reach ITT, one supplier may win at most one lot, and the framework allows up to two participants. Evaluation is 50% quality and 50% price, with quality covering geographical coverage, mobilisation, health, safety and environment, social value, and programme. Submissions are electronic via BravoNR.
