First Greater Western Limited is buying bulk oils, lubricants, greases, coolants, antifreeze, screenwash and AdBlue. Lot Information

Oils, Lubricants and Greases

Supply of approved oils, lubricants and greases required for the maintenance, servicing and overhaul of GWR rolling stock and associated engineering equipment. Products must meet applicable GWR technical and engineering requirements and be supplied with relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS), COSHH information and supporting product documentation.

Renewal: GWR reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two additional periods of 12 months each. If both extension options are exercised, the maximum total contract duration will be three years.

Coolants, Antifreeze, Screenwash and AdBlue

Supply of approved coolants, antifreeze, screenwash and AdBlue required to support the operation, servicing and maintenance of GWR rolling stock and associated engineering activities. Products must meet applicable GWR technical, safety and environmental requirements and be supplied with relevant Safety Data Sheets (SDS), COSHH information and supporting product documentation.
