A credible competitor would need qualified and experienced care and support staff who can deliver timely, compassionate assistance, monitor health conditions and identify deterioration. Capability should include effective partnership working with care management, health professionals, housing providers, residents and other tenants. Relevant expertise includes aids and adaptations, assistive technology, hearing support, sign language services and carer support, together with the ability to signpost residents to appropriate services.
